Holly Caputo, has had an an enduring career in the entertainment industry, spanning over 4 decades and focusing in the model and talent arena. A successful Model and Talent agent of 10 years, and former owner of Emerge Talent Agency, Holly Caputo followed her love for the business and opened, The Star Movement (TSM) in 2013. A Model and Talent development company based on Holly’s love and passion for the industry to help actors, models, dancers and singers, learn the business, become technically sound, have the right materials & branding, and then be in “The Right Place at The Right Time.”  TSM concentrates on creating the quickest, and most direct path to becoming  a “working professional.” Holly believes that these are successful tools for any business.

After selling her Agency and beginning to work in Model and Talent Development, one of Holly’s Fashion Photographer friends urged her to borrow their camera and do her first photoshoot just for fun.  He consoled Holly that she may not yet know how to use a “real” camera, but told her that she had the eye and knew what the end result needed to be as well as how to get the model to give what a photographer needed. Those were all the hardest parts! From that moment on, Holly was in love and sold on Photography! She studied every tutorial on photography and was mentored by several of the top Fashion Photographers in the world. Holly was in love with being creative and loved the story that she could get a picture to tell, showcasing vulnerability, movement, and connection.

After being a Model & Talent Agent, Holly acknowledges that the “right picture,” is everything and makes it a priority to capture the right look for each individual client. She uses her knowledge of the industry and specializes in Fashion, Fitness, Headshots, and Branding.

Holly is based in Orlando, Florida, but she travels frequently for work throughout Florida especially to Miami and Atlanta, Georgia.
